An update to the constitution is needed to include term limits for US Senators and US Congress. Today there is no limit on time served but as you can see change is needed to eliminate those people that are unwilling to make America better because those current officials are not accomplishing anything. A proposal for term limits would be to limit US Congress officials to 4 terms in office at the most.
