Soliciting to the White House that all of the children/teens that commit bullying be placed in a course/class to "Learn to Live with their Classmates" that will teach them how to Share, Respect, and Accept their classmates; Pay a 100$ fee for the first class (that lasts a week); as well as, complete community service hours (10 hours) for the offense.
In order to pass the class, the student will need to present an oral exam; if failed they will have to retake the class (that lasts a week including double the fee that they paid for the first class) until passed.
If behavior continues the student will have to retake the course and pay double the amount of what they paid the first time, including double the community service hours (centers for children with special needs).
