include Direct parent loans in the income-based repayment plan; raise basic living allowance to 200% of poverty

Created by M.B. on February 04, 2013

Due to the limited financial aid for a college education, parents are forced to struggle and help finance their children's college education; should be included and given more debt relief in the Income-based repayment plans. The basic living allowance should be raised from 150% to 200% of poverty line.

Government workers including staff of U.S. Congress Members who earn meager salaries and have household income of less than $73,000 should be classified as public workers and get education debt forgiven after 10 years of paying children's student loan payments.

Citizens returning from prison find it hard to obtain employment; also should be allowed to receive financial aid for college so that they can become productive and be in better position to help support thier children's education
