Include the events of the Armenian Genocide in history books nationwide not as one tiny section but a page or two.

The United States of America remains as a super power who will not recognize the Armenian Genocide that took place between 1914-1922. I, Hovik Beduryan, a recent high school graduate residing in Northridge, California am creating this petition not as an act to request our government to recognize these events of mass slaughter but instead to request that these events are rightfully described in full detail in all school systems in all the 50 states of this country. As a recent high school graduate I have completed all 12 years of required education by the USA. I was surprised knowing that slavery and the Holocaust was extensively described through many pages in our history books but the genocide of 1915 only deserved 1 tiny section of 1 page. That is not right! This must change. Thank You.
