Infertility is a major issue for some women, both married and single, in their childbearing years. Struggling with infertility, and trying to have a baby for years leads to much depression in these women, and even in their spouses. We talk so much about women's health and reproductive rights, yet I rarely hear about help for those women who need fertility treatments or even simply medications, which most insurance policies do not cover.
This petition asks for consideration of those people affected, to be covered for whatever treatment they need. Because those who don't know this struggle, can't understand the sadness that comes when all you want is to be a parent and you can't afford the very expensive treatments, and there is no insurance coverage available.
