Include the following financial restrictions in any illegal immigration reform legislation.

No illegal alien should profit financially from his/her unauthorized stay in the United States. Said alien cannot:

(1) File bankruptcy for any debt incurred, or
(2) Receive any government benefits or refunds of monies paid into the tax system

for any time period other than when said illegal alien has been granted full citizenship status in the United States.
