Include government contractors in the eligible persons that can benefit from public service loan forgiveness program.

At present government contractors which most of the time work for a for profit company are not eligible for the public service loan forgiveness program, that allows a graduate to have his student loans after 10 years of payment forgiven. The fact that they work for a for profit company which is what most companies that contract through the government are basically disqualifies them. With the government outsourcing so many jobs to contractors now I think they should be included since they are doing some of the same jobs as the direct hires do but get none of the benefits.
