Include Immigration Reform for people of the Caribbean. Stop the Wet foot, Dry foot policy.

Created by J.M. on March 13, 2013

Somewhere off the coast of Florida, boats arrive with passengers from the Caribbean. Unfortunately those who venture are usually captured, and sent back before they reach land. While others are able to apply for asylum, they are not. Unwilling or unable to return, they often face death by drowning at sea. Despite the fear of this harsh reality, they continue. Driven not only by the hope of a better life, but by the desperation of extreme poverty. These human beings deserve better. Especially the descendants of slaves, and those who fought to escape slavery. Also those whose forefathers heroically fought and died in the American Revolutionary War, for the freedom of this nation. Create a system structured to enable the migration and progress of these individuals, as it promotes equality.
