Include licensed security professionals and bail enforcement agents in the same classification as peace officers.

Whereas, most states require that such individuals be licensed and trained to provide a needed service to the public. These professionals would be deemed to have the same rights and privileges as peace officers (or similar designation) under the law of all branches of the government and/or subdivisions (federal, state and local jurisdictions), and be able to cross state lines.

As such, the need for such documentation as Concealed Deadly Weapons permits (or similar documents) would not be necessary to carry a firearm (either on or off-duty), so long as the individual mantains their professional license(s) in accordance with the licensing agency. Such individuals would also fall under the provisions of H.R. 218, should they decide to retire, or discontinue working in these professions.
