It is inhumane to deny a worker time to eat. If those incarcerated are given these basic necessities during a day, shouldn't the people who "feed" our economy be given the same basic privilege?
Require either a 30 minute break/lunch period per 12 hours of work. Currently, there are only state laws governing this and it is not uniform across the board. This mandate should be included in federal wage/hour laws.
