Include a mandatory pay cut by 50% for all members of the house and senate in any "fiscal cliff" solution.

We the people call upon the president and congress to include a 50% pay cut for the house, senate and president, which cannot be revoked by congress at a later date, in to any "fiscal cliff" solution. Also included should be a mandate for self paid private health care for any member of the house or senate and their families. Also included should be an additional 25% cut in pay for any year in which a balanced budget is not reached.
