This is a petition to allow the government to Include mental health care as a category in the Essential Health Benefits as described in the Affordable Care Act. There are so many people out here that suffer from mental health and nothing is being done about it. America is not equipped to handle the influx of these mental health issues so the only thing that our government does is put them in jail when they get into trouble and that is not a place for a person with any mental incapacity should be placed. Our insurance companies should cover our loved ones that have these issues. It could save hundreds of lives. Please help us help our loved ones and get them the help that they need. Please stop putting our loved ones in jail and denying them help.
