To include mental health records in FBI background checks already in place for the purchase of firearms. If a citizen is able to pass this inclusive background check they can legally purchase the exact same equipment as law enforcement officers and not only their semi automatic counterparts currently available to LAW ABIDING AND MENTALLY CAPABLE CITIZENS. As a law abiding citizen we have been persecuted for the acts of criminals.
