To Include that the NSA ( National Security Agency ) shall be Liable and Listed to any Bills written into law from this point forward
that the NSA be held accountable to any law as any Person, Agency or Company is.
To Also Acknowledge that The NSA is currently and intentionally established to not be Bound to any laws that it has not been Specifically listed as being Liable to that Law
