Include the right to mourn over deaths in private with dignity as a basic right for all citizens.

We are requesting that the President propose a law which gives all citizens the right to mourn over a death in private with dignity. All mourners must be specifically granted permission by the immediate family of the deceased to attend any type of remembrance ceremony. Any person not granted permission must leave immediately after being asked to do so by the immediate family, and if he/she fails to do so, he/she would face charges including trespassing, and disturbing the peace.
