We, the undersigned, ask to impose sanctions on Russian lawmakers, who vote for the ban of adoption of Russian disabled orphans by US citizens, and Russian officials, who support this ban, as gross violators of human rights in the Russian Federation and to include them into the list of the "Sergei Magnitsky Rule of Law Accountability Act of 2012"
