Include secure online voting with standard methods to prevent long lines of some 7 hours to vote. It will increase or possibly double voter turnout. If we can bank, buy, sell online securely, and if government and business is safely conducted online, we should be able to vote online. Voting machines have been compromised and paper ballots have been discarded, but voting online with proper safeguards can make every vote count. A few cents or dollars per vote could be charged to credit cards for security and to pay for the system. Propositions could be made by citizens and voted on up or down continually instead of every four years to keep up with the accelerating rate of change. Online voting will make other methods technologically obsolete. Online voting means more democracy.
