Include a timer on traffic lights where red-light cameras are to let drivers know how much time they have to cross.

Since the implementation of the red-light cameras has created millions in revenue not only to municipalities but to the private companies who managed them, it will be fair to request from those who benefit from it to add a timer on those traffic lights to let drivers know how much time left they have to cross an intersection before the green light change. By implementing this system will help drivers not to be afraid about the light changing from green to yellow because they will be able to see in fact how much time they have left. There is people making money out of this but this cause as well people losing money due to a lack of information. Drivers should be relaxed while driving and not stressed out when they see a traffic light. Countries in Latin America have this system in place.
