Include a video screen during Presidential Debates for on-the-spot Fact Checking.

Throughout all presidential elections, this most recent one especially, the candidates have had cases where they either stretched the truth of the situation, lied, or flat out denied a claim that has video evidence. Any person who has a basic understanding of computer use or internet can fact check these claims on their own, but for people who either are in economically disadvantaged situations who may not have the access to fact checking, they can become easily manipulated during the Presidential Race on lies or propaganda. In turn, I would like to propose that for all elections after the 2016 race, there is a mandatory video screen which will show evidence of video clips when someone attempts to lie or deny a claim.
