Puerto Rico has 3.7 million US citizens, and we not have the same rights as a citizen who lives in Florida, New York, California, Montana including Alaska and Hawaii. But we have the same nation sense and duties like go to the war, pay federal taxes etc... We need the President and the Congress give us the same rights and responsibilities as a citizen living in any of the 50 states, like vote for the president and have congress representation.
