Increase the amount of .22 ammunition distributed for civilians to purchase along with ammunition of other calibers.

I speak for many when I say that the price of ammunition has skyrocketed and availability has declined. This has took a toll on many people that hunt or shoot recreationally. Criminals don't suffer from this misfortune, good and honest Americans do.
