We the people of the United States of America urge the Obama administration to increase the amount of H-1B visas given out. Whereas, according to a report by the US Chamber of Commerce (http://www.renewoureconomy.org/sites/all/themes/pnae/stem-report.pdf), there is full employment for US STEM workers with advanced degrees. This also brings benefit back to Americans. Economist Enrico Morretti in his book the New Geography of Jobs (http://www.hmhbooks.com/newgeographyofjobs/) explains how for every 1 innovative job, 5 non innovative jobs for impoverished Americans are created. The methodology is explained in the link above. It is clear that more H-1B visas would not only reignite our economy and create new jobs, but as well as reignite the American dream for foreign entrepreneurs.
