We the signatories of this petition wish for the government of the United Sates of America to increase spending on the creation of new technologies of every field. This should include but should not be limited to;
-Increased spending on the Education and Employment of all Engineers.
-Increased spending on businesses and government offices that have and will contention to create new technologies. (i.e. NASA, Intel, Microsoft, Apple Corporation, Dell, USAF Engineering Divisions)
-Lowering of restrictions the hamper the creation of new technologies (i.e. Lowering the qualification needed to obtain licenses to operate high out put radio emitters.)
-Creating an office of Government for the distribution of free and open source software/technology to help the public create there own technology.
