Increase and enforce paid vacation time for workers.

Currently many other developed countries enjoy government required vacation time far exceeding what most American citizens are allowed (decided by our employers who don't always have our best interests in mind) . This needs to be reformed. What will President Obama do now or in the future, if re-elected, to help us out? We're overworked and have been for so long that most people feel lucky to even get a week of paid leave per year. Many of us will lose our jobs if we try to take a vacation because there's always someone waiting to do our jobs for less pay.
