Having recently read an article in which you expressed your family's dissatisfaction with wi-fi dead zones in the White House, it is important to note that there are many parts of our nation that have no access at all to high-speed, land-line, broadband internet. While your recent effort to increase wireless access is to be lauded, land-line access is particularly important in relation to the latency of a wireless connection, the reliability of a wireless connection, the speed of a wireless connection, and the high cost of a wireless connection. By improving land-line access rural businesses, employers, employees, educators, students, and consumers will have greater access to internet services and technological presence capabilities than they do at present. Let's get that last mile!
