It's a wide known fact that typing with "Caps Lock" on is a way to simulate yelling.
Who yells? People who feel like they need to be heard and don't mind being rude about it; televangelists, children, TV commercials, crazy people on the street or bus, an arguing couple, Invader Zim, Loud Howard, and bad parents.
Sometimes yelling is important. Like playing a rowdy sport or watching an exciting event.
Lets face facts. Yelling is, for all intensive purposes, impolite. Believe it or not, typing in "All Caps" is also considered impolite.
This is why I submit that this site be better moderated to remove posts in "All Caps."
Caps Lock is not "Cruse controls for cool!" It's rude, unprofessional, and make's this website look like a joke.
No, this is no joke. It's a problem that needs solved.
