Have you every started a research project in class, or participate in an exercise where you needed to search something up on the web while in class? If so, then you know how it feels to be waiting 10 minutes for the first site to connect, wasting precious time for the information to load. What I am proposing here is that we increase the overall bandwidth cap so that while students are participating in research projects in class or class projects that require connectivity to the internet can acquire the needed information faster; thereby increasing the overall learning quality. On the other hand, by increase the bandwidth, also increase the overall security of school's internet searches. I personally know that some schools have the "family friendly" security, however this is not enough.
