We do more work than any other position above us. CNAs have one of the most physically demanding jobs but get paid just over mimimum wage! We're also reduced in the way that we're referred to as "certified" nursing assistants. .. but in fact we've went to college, taken a state test and have been LICENSED to take care of your loved ones! Think of how high the quality of care for your loved ones will go up of the people who take care of them everyday were compensated right and being recognized respectfully!!
