To increase education budget in the states, county's, and schools

So my school is already used the whole school years budget in the month of September. Also teachers haven't gotten a decent raise in 4 years in fact its been decreasing, its suppose to be increasing. I thought The Democrats were about Education well then why is this happening, we wanted change and were not entirely getting it and if we are it is certainly not an positive one. People want change and we want it now and this isn't just me this is a lot of people. If were in the nation of the free then let the free have a say, let us be free, because if i didn't know any better our government is more on the lines of being in control of a great amount of power which leads to a revolution from the people. Now all a revolution will do is fix and cause havic on our nation.
