Increase education, funding and public awareness of neurological disorders like multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy

I feel that the American public does not know enough about horrible neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis which a good friend of mine's mother has. Therefore I petition the American government to increase funding and education about these disorders that we use these new resources to make even farther strides in this than we ever have before.
