Population decline collapses real estate value, banking, and unemployment by reducing consumer demand. We need better regulation to stop economic collapse.
China invested $ billions in Mexican factories in 2006, reducing demand for US goods, contributing to US economic collapse in 2007. Immigration Act of 1924 designated many Native Americans as illegal immigrants, collapsing real estate values, causing a margin call that collapsed Wall Street in 1929 (Mexican Repatriation & birth certificates). Chinese Exclusion Act contributed to real estate and banking decline in the 1890s when Asians were deported, and this contributed to the Panic of 1893.
Each event reduced the US population by millions, collapsing real estate values, threatening the banking industry, and increasing unemployment.
