State Issue monopolies rake in massive amounts from the authority given to them by the US Government. However our employment is down and something drastically needs to be done to help improve our economy with employment, and real estate value. We would achieve all of this if we had them start putting utilities underground which would beautify the United States, Boost Employment, And Boost Real Estate Appeal "23% of our economy". Please promote this action to give back rather than allow them to hoard lands and cash and not return to the nation that gave them that money making authority.
