Pay for the enlisted personnel in our Military is too low. With downsizing over the last few years due to the draw downs. Advancement opportunities have been poor and with looming Military cuts on the horizon, advancement will continue to be very slow. Enlisted personnel have some of the most stressful and dangerous jobs in America and they are simply underpaid.
Give Enlisted Military members a 5% pay raise.
