Increase federal funding for research and increase funding for NASA, making America more technologically competitive.

Research funded by Nations is at much higher levels in the majority of the developed world. This will give foreign nations an edge both in the sphere of technology and business, as these countries will have the cutting edge technology which the United States held for the majority of the past century. This petition is to increase funding for the NASA program and other forms of research funded by the national government i.e. DOE, NIH, etc.
