Littering in West Virginia is horrible, and We The People should put a stop to it. Litter doesn't just affect the people of West Virginia, it affects all the wondefull animals in our woods and the great fish in our rivers and streams. West Virginia is to nice of a state to let it go to waste. These wild and wonderful hills need some help.
