With the current awareness of ALS we would like to demand that congress and the president increase the funding for ALS research and support for ALS sufferers. As of now there is only one drug for ALS patients and it only prolongs life for several months, ALS sufferers deserve better than this and need new options of treatment within the next 3-5 years.
