As a DOC (Department of Corrections) Correctional Officer, I can say that we are severely over worked and under paid. I live in the state of Kentucky and I make just a little over 10.00 usd. an hour. Every day I come to work risking my life, not knowing if I will get to come home, all just to hope to make it until I get my next paycheck. The DOC employees everywhere need your help.
