This petition is designed to help bring light to Obama on how the fine arts programs of America in secondary schools suffer when there are budget cuts. These programs get their budgets cut far more severly than any other department to where it's the students that support the department. Please help the fine arts programs for they can help the future of the American youth expand their minds and join universities.
