We the people of the United States of America urge the Obama administration to increase funding to Minimum, Low and Medium federal prison facilities. More specifically, to create educational opportunities in these prisons. There is major over population in federal prisons that can be greatly alleviated, in the long term, by increasing educational opportunities. Recidivism would decrease and people would get the second chance they deserve.
