Increase funding for NASA

Created by T.R. on May 29, 2014

At the peak of employment during the Apollo moon landing, NASA provided roughly 400,000 jobs to the American people. Currently, we are still struggling to recoup from the job losses of the Great Recession. Increasing funding to NASA would not only provide the potential for more jobs, but would also enable us to explore and possibly populate our solar system more fully while expanding our knowledge of science in the process. For these reasons, I propose that rather than the budget cuts that the last several administrations have been making at NASA, we should rather increase funding.
