Increase Funding to NASA

Created by M.E. on January 18, 2013

Increasing NASA's budget will help the economy and create more jobs. Currently NASA's Budget is .5% of every tax doller. Since none of the exploration that NASA is doing has been done before new technology has to be created to do such missions. When the new technology is made for the mission, its released to the public. Often whole companies are founded off this new spin off technology which creates jobs to have it built and shipped (NASA spinoffs http://spinoff.nasa.gov/). Everyday we take for granted these technologies and are a big part of our everyday lives. Increasing the budget for NASA will allow them to be more capable of new missions to explore the cosmos, which in turn will create more jobs and technologies. As Dr.Neil deGrasse Tyson said "How much would you pay for the Universe?
