Increase funding for NASA to 4% of the Federal budget, the highest it was during America's race to the Moon.

The current level of funding for NASA is far too low, and the Private Sector can not and will not create results for the American people of the kind or to the ability of NASA. America's greatest inventions of the latter half of the previous century were created as a result of NASA's space and aeronautics programs, and at the period of greatest advancement NASA's funding reached 4% of the Federal budget. We are asking that funding reaches that point again, for the benefit of our economy, our culture, and American excellency as a whole.
