Increase funding to NASA sufficient to allow them to continue the great human endeavor of the continuation of knowledge.

We plead with any administration with the power to do so, to provide NASA with the necessary funding to continue the great projects that they work on for the good of all humankind. NASA is not at all a drain on the economy, in fact, estimates for revenue generated by NASA compared to spending have been as high as 14 to 1. Meaning every dollar invested in NASA could put 14 dollars back into the economy. It supports industry in the United States, as it always subcontracts to American companies. But most important of all, beyond the economic incentives, it is our imperative as a species to explore and to learn. NASA is the ideal tool to expand our knowledge of the universe we inhabit. It feeds that deep-seated hunger we all feel to explore the unexplored and expand our understanding.
