Increase funding to reaserch and development of alternative, green energy

I believe, that we should increase funding to the reaserch and, development of alternate forms of energy such as windfarms, and solar power, to increase the quality of our enviroment and also this forms of energy can be cheaper then current fuels such as petrolium
