As technical leaders in the world it is our responsibility to educate people on the rapid population growth and climate change and take measures to prevent a laps in scientific advancement. We the people of the United States of America consume massive amounts of natural resources and contribute to climate change. If we fail to raise awareness, research, and educate our citizens about the potential resource crises then we will not be able to reach new heights for all of mankind.
I formally request the Government of the United States of America increase the funding for scientific education and research.
