The graduation rates are not that good anymore because the schools don't have the neccessary funding anymore to supply the students with needs such as textbooks or even qualified teachers! Over the past few years, a countless number of schools have shut down and some could not even afford to supply paper to the students! How can anyone succeed with so little rescorces?
