In this economy a degree is required to secure a good job. We petition the Obama administration to increase funding to federal grants and student aid programs. This is an investment in our future that will increase our trained workforce and decrease our prison population and crime rate.Increased student funding in the form of grants and scholarships also would decrease hardship and debt on students from student loans.
