Increase government efficiency and reduce taxpayer burden through open and fair competition across all agencies.

Created by S.S. on December 25, 2012

US government payrolls are extremely bloated, with many agencies performing functions that are readily available at lower cost through private firms. For many years, "A76" studies were required by law to be performed periodically across all agencies to ensure that the government workforce was performing beneficial work at the lowest cost possible to taxpayers. Reinstitiuting "A76" studies will ensure that the government is providing required services for the least money from the taxpayer. Federal workers and unions generally bemoan open job competition, but the benefit to working families that have to pay for these services through taxes cannot be disputed.
