Joesph Kony is the leader of Lord's Resistance Army who has created havoc in Uganda. He takes children and turns them into child soldiers. He and his regime rape and kill women. The United States should send funding, supplies and more resources in an operation to arrest and demise Joesph Kony and the LRA. These men have committed crimes against humanity and should be punished for their actions.
