Increase government funding for the needle exchange program for hospitals.

It should be requirement for every hospital to have a needle exchange program.
This would decrease addiction to drugs by ensuring addicts come into contact with doctors and people who can rehabilitate them.
This will decrease the spread
of HIV and other blood borne pathogens. By making it illegal addicts are getting diseases which makes their chances of rehabilitation lower.
This would not only affect adults but many children that have become addicts as well.
This will ensure a greater advancement of the health of our nation.
